I need to have a Ck reissued and I am only transferred from screen to screen!need to speak to customer services!

I was issued a Ck by synchrony bank, and it was not deposited on time so the ck needs to be reissued But Ivam only transferred from screen to screen!!!

No person with whom to speak as an option. I have an account with this bank but no option for help as it is not a credit card option. The bank does make a withdrawal each month however.

Billing

I was not able to speak to anyone to address my issues. As i was told when i opened the account that the payments would autopay out of my account. Now i have received late fees and have not been able to talk to any one as the system keeps sending me to different numbers.

File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The more complaints they receive, the sooner they will start an investigation. They can’t stop them from treating customers this way if they aren’t informed.

I received a letter dated October 15, 2023 stating that the credit bureau reports applicant for a TJX rewards card is deceased. I am not dead! I am trying to get through to someone to correct this.

Past due fine

my husband was in and out of hospital in september and we paid the bill 1 day late, they gave no grace period, so now we have to pay another bill. we will be advising sams club of their practises and advise them we are cutting up the card and not shopping at sams club if this is the kind of cpanies they do business with.

Scam- Watch Out!

They are not legit. Ive never even made an account with them or heard of them for the matter until I got charged on my card $110.13. Makes no sense, gonna dispute immediately. Block this bank while you have the chance
