Unresolved issue

My account was on auto pay evidently I switched accounts so I missed a payment, but the bank didnt tell me for several months which is now reflected on my credit report. I cant seem to have it removed.

And had you told me after one week or so, I wouldve corrected it immediately. I have several people monthly through auto pay and if I neglected to remind one of them about a new account, I think thats more than acceptable.

Can’t get a phone number to contact a real person

There phone service sucks all I was trying to do was speak to someone about paying my monthly bill have 7 phone numbers and couldnt speak to anyone need better services so people can call and speak to a person what ever happened to customer service dont you all have one or send a phone number along with the bill so old people can call and make a payment

Difficulty getting help purchasing a CD

I tried seven different phone numbers and most of the time couldnt get past the automated system. Purchasing a CD didnt seem to be a question it knew how to respond to.
I eventually talked to a customer service representative who had never heard of a CD, but was able to connect me to the right person. Once I got to the right place the agent did a great job.

There was no service. Just went around in circles, no communication. Never able to talk to a person, just a virtual who provided no assistance
