Credit card .... need to speak to service plz

The billing dept had mistakenly mailed my monthly invoice statements to the wrong address for several months until I corrected it after being notified that the account was being suspended . I have a very positive history ( always paid on time years of history. Now I get turned down for reregistering with Lowes ?????? I request to get a new Lowes credit card . Can you help me ????? Thx

Can’t get in touch by phone or on line

I Need to talk to a real live human being not a computer not a bot but I need help from a human or I will have to close before I start.

I am about to close the card if I can't talk True a living human being not a robot or hours on the phone or computer trying to get around on your Web just called for immediate call return or number to call you. What are you royalty?

Cant get any help

Rooms to Go ran my credit through Synchrony Bank. Sychrony Bank denied my application as the address dont match the address on my drivers license. My drivers license had my updated address and it DID match my credit bureaus. Synchrony Bank is incompentent and didnt know how to read the most recent address. Now I have a ding on my credit due to their incompetence. Rooms to go threw their hands up and said they cannot do anything to help me--it's all Sychrony banks fault. I called Synchrony bank and they refused to help me. they are absolutely no good and uneducated when it comes to reading address on credit bureaus. I want them to withdraw their inquiry and they made a mistake by not being able to read properly

They dont know how to read a credit bureau

I applied for Rooms to Go credit. Synchrony was incompentant and couldnt understand that my address is the most recent one on file. They looked at an address from over a year ago, then denied me credit as "address does not match"....This dings my credit a bit now. thanks for your incompetence.

Card never received

Applied nov 2 and 7-10 days passed with no reciept of card. Worried about intercept. When was it shipped? Tracking?

Late fee

I had a late fee because I misunderstood Amazon's charging. I never got a bill. I called synchrony when I saw a huge drop in my credit score. I was told by their automated system that they do not forgive late payments and was unable to speak to a person

User's recommendation: Do not accept a synchrony credit card if you are elderly unless you are extremely tech savy.

Lowered limits and closed account out o nowhere

I have 5 accounts with evil Synchrony. My mattress firm account limit was lowered out of nowhere (Ive used the account twice), next my Ashley account limit was lowered, then my Car care account. The lowering of my limits out of nowhere dinged my score over 60 points. Today, I check my accounts, and they closed my Car Care account. I am baffled. My score has been obliterated and Ive worked so very very hard to have a good score! This is so unfair for them to have done this to me and my family.

Closed my accounts for no reason

I have excellent credit. I use my credit cards when I am in those stores and pay my balances on time. Today i got letters from Synchrony they closed my JC Penney (I've had the account for over 40 years), Old navy and Lowes for no reason. Their letter said it was because I was indicitive of high failure to pay. *** I paid Lowes $14,000. in the last year alone and have everything on automatic payment so nothing is late. I called and they couldn't give me an answer why. I checked my credit reports all excellent so what's my next step???? I'm contacting each company and giving them *** for their banking company. And I'm going to my Senator and the State Attorney General.

Impossible to get to a responsible party that can actually resolve simple issues.

Just want to get a monthly bill so I can make payments... Hard to get a live person .. and when I eventually do, they can't resolve the issue and I hear the most absurd excuses... one actually told me that the Post Office was returning my mail to them .... I get tons of Bank offers in the mail each week ...I'm sorry I let the Dentist's office talk me into this matter.
