I had a late fee because my first payment arrived 5 days late. Synchrony reimbursed my late fee.

I set up my bill payer for the amount due in my contract. The next month I had another late fee when I was not late. I called up and was told I was not late. I was reimbursed the late fee.

This happened for months. They reported me late to the Credit bureaus for being 90 days late.

Come to find out they "reimbursed" my late fees, but I had to pay a minimum balance WITH the late fees included so my normal $235 payment increased to $388. Scam company.
